Rabbit and Guinea Pigs need a really fibrous diet to wear down their teeth, and keep their guts moving!
A basic breakdown to a Rabbit/Guinea Pig Diet is
- 80% Hay – ad lib – available all day, all the time
- 20% Greens – approximately 2-3 packed cups of greens daily per kg of bunny/cavy weight
- 0% Pellets and Treats – 1 tablespoon per day max
